Job summary

AdventHealth in Tavares, Florida is seeking a licensed Paramedic for full-time night shifts. You will assist higher-trained personnel in patient care, deliver excellent service to patients and families, and ensure safety and infection-control standards are followed while responding to emergencies and transports.

Required are a valid Paramedic license, BLS, ACLS, and a driver’s license; experience and preparedness for high patient volumes are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ related work experience preferred.
• Licensed Paramedic (PARA) required.

Responsibilities

• Assists higher-trained personnel in providing effective care.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to patients and families, bystanders, and other responders.
• Maintains a safe and effective work environment adhering to infection control standards.
• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls to provide care and transport per medical protocols.
