Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a licensed Paramedic for Emergency Room support. You will provide quality patient care under the Medical Director's guidance and report to the charge nurse for shift assignments.

Qualifications include Paramedic certification, BCLS, ACLS and PALS (or instructors), plus at least 1 year of experience. You will participate in a collaborative team delivering rapid, high‑quality care in a busy ER.

Qualifications

• Paramedic certification is required to perform emergency care duties.
• BCLS certificate must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• ACLS certification (or instructor) must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
• PALS certification (or instructor) must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an emergency or acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to patients under the direction of the Medical Director and along with the charge nurse for shift duties.
• Collaborate with RN staff and participate in patient care delegation decisions per policy.
