Job summary

The Ohio State University Medical Center is seeking a Patient Care Associate for the Emergency Department Observation Unit at University Hospital Rhodes Hall. The PCA will work with the nursing team to provide direct and indirect patient care as part of a collaborative, patient-focused care team.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related hospital care experience or PCA training; EMT certification or military corpsman training is acceptable.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a hospital aide, EMT certification, completion a military corpsman training program with direct patient care experience required or successful completion of the PCA training course required.
