Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of hospital aide experience or EMT certification or PCA training completion required.
• EMT certification or PCA training course required.
• Experience in an acute care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care as directed by RN.
• Collaborate with patient, family and care team to meet patient care needs.
• Assist in achieving patient care outcomes and reducing hospitalization length.
• Maintain knowledge of patient care policies and procedures.
