Job summary

Flowers Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as ER Nursing Supervisor. Requires 2 years in Emergency Department and leadership experience. Shift is 3p–11p, 5 days a week with weekends. Includes student loan contribution up to $20k and comprehensive benefits.

The Supervisor will oversee nursing care in the ED, optimize patient flow, and ensure policy adherence, while leading staff and coordinating with leadership for quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Emergency Department experience.
• Charge nurse and/or precepting experience preferred.
• RN – State Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates nursing care in the ED.
• Monitors patient flow and staff performance to reduce delays.
• Provides clinical leadership and supports department mission.
• Manages staffing for oncoming shifts and coverage.
• Ensures compliance with policies, quality and safety standards.
• Maintains regular attendance and professional conduct.
