Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• 2–5 years of clinical experience with supervisory experience under 2 years.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred with 5–10 years of experience and 2–5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
• Develops and maintains staffing, revenue, and expense budgets.
• Directs patient care delivery following evidence-based practices, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and standards.
• Promotes customer satisfaction, quality improvement, and efficient operations through system evaluation and implementation.
• Supports growth initiatives and oversees team performance to meet operational goals.
• Oversee patient care delivery in a Level IV Emergency Department, manage staff, develop budgets, ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency to support departmental objectives.
