CoxHealth is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in Springfield, MO. The ED nurse delivers professional nursing care across ages, triages patients, and prioritizes treatment based on acuity to stabilize and discharge or admit as needed.

The role requires MO RN licensure, BLS within 90 days, ACLS and PALS within 12 months, ENPC within 12 months, and TNCC within 12 months. Shift: Day, 36 hours weekly, on-site with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN license active in Missouri.
• verification of licensure required.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire; ACLS within 1 year; PALS within 1 year; ENPC within 12 months; TNCC within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for patients of all ages in the ED.
• Triages and prioritizes care based on acuity and patient needs.
• Stabilize patients, initiate treatment, and coordinate discharge or admission.
• Prioritize patient flow and collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
