Job summary

Corewell Health’s Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids seeks a part-time Emergency Department support role for nights (7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.), 24 hours weekly, every other weekend, with orientation provided. You will assist RNs/Providers, take vitals, and help with basic care in a fast-paced Level 1 Trauma ED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire required.
• 1+ year emergency, EMT, or patient care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a team member in delivering quality patient care under RN or Provider.
• Perform basic skills per department guidelines and document observations.
• Take vitals, assist with wound care and ambulation, and ensure patient safety.
