Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with department requirements.
• Collaborate with providers and care team; document care in the patient record.
• Assess patient pain regularly and manage pain with timely reassessments.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up.
• Provide education on non-medicinal follow-up measures such as diet and exercise.
