You will assess pain, perform procedures, teach patients and families, and advocate for optimal outcomes. This role emphasizes timely documentation and proactive patient advocacy in a fast-paced ED environment.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 90 days of employment start date.
• Basic Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale within 60 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of employment start date.
• PALS within 90 days of employment start date.
• RN licensed and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in the ED.
• Perform procedures and document care in medical records promptly.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, meds, and follow‑up.
• Support self‑management through lifestyle and prevention guidance.
