Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license required by date of hire.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required by date of hire.
• Ability to participate in the 12-month residency program.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing direct patient care in accordance with standards.
• Document patient care in the electronic health record.
• Direct and delegate care per education and competence.
• Engage in policy, quality improvement, safety and infection prevention.
• Support team with ED patient care during shifts and transitions.
