Samaritan Health Services in Oregon is seeking a Transition Nurse for a New Graduate RN program in the Emergency Department. The role focuses on guiding newly graduated RNs to apply medical knowledge and develop technical skills within the scope of the Oregon State Board of Nursing.

The department handles a wide range of cases from non-critical to emergent, with certified staff for cardiac and trauma care, including pediatric patients.

Competenze

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS required upon hire.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school program required (must be within the previous 12 months of the SHS New Graduate RN Program start date).
• ACLS and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
• TNCC/ATCN required within six (6) months of hire.
