Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for emergency department patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Mentor and supervise new graduates and support staff.
• Respond to emergencies, Code Blues, and coordinate timely patient discharge.
