Job summary

Dignity Health Arizona General Hospital in Glendale is seeking an Emergency Department RN to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced setting. You will perform rapid assessments, initiate life-saving interventions, and support patients and families during critical moments.

Requirements include AR RN license, 1–2 years ED experience, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Arizona licensure or Compact State eligibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred: BSN.
• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in ED.
• AZ RN license or RN license from a Compact State.
• American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.

Responsibilities

• Rapid assessment and triage to prioritize needs and enable timely interventions.
• Emergency interventions: initiate and manage life-saving care.
• Patient and family support with clear communication during stress.
• Adapt to changing conditions and interpret clinical data under pressure.
