Key Responsibilities

Rapid Assessment & Triage: Provide comprehensive, safe, and effective evidence‑based nursing care, performing rapid and accurate assessments to prioritize patient needs and facilitate timely intervention for various medical and traumatic emergencies.
Emergency Interventions: Organize and prioritize patient care activities, balancing urgent needs and comfort of critically ill or injured patients. Initiate and manage life‑saving interventions.
Patient & Family Support: Act as an advocate for patients’ needs by demonstrating holistic care practices, offering support and clear communication during highly stressful times.
Clinical Acuity & Adaptability: Recognize, interpret, and adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions (e.g., labs, vitals, signs, and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner, often under pressure.
