Job summary

Jefferson Health Northeast in Philadelphia is seeking an RN per diem to provide patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process. You will develop individualized care plans with patients and designated care partners, addressing physical, psychological, emotional, and social needs in a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities include collaborating with families, applying evidence-based practices, and participating in safety and quality improvement committees.

Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma in nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient-/family-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong communication to convey health information and collaborate with patients and families.
• Ability to use nursing knowledge to assess and plan care.

Responsibilities
