Advocate Health is seeking a part-time RN for our Manitowoc County Emergency Department. The role covers night shifts (NOC) with weekend/holiday rotation and potential to increase FTE. 24 hours per week, benefits eligible.

The RN will apply the nursing process, monitor patients, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality care. BLS and active RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN provides patient care.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilités

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Engages patients and families to coordinate continuum of care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans as needed.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
