Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Washington.
• Successful completion of a graduate nurse residency program orientation or six months' RN experience.
• Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, guides, directs, and facilitates workflow on the unit using nursing process.
• Make staff assignments reflecting patient acuity and unit needs under supervision.
• Mentors staff and coordinates with other care teams to ensure standards.
• Communicates safety concerns and participates in quality improvement activities.
• Maintains patient focus with excellent customer service and documentation.
