Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid RN license by IPLA and be BLS certified.
• Additional certifications depend on assigned care.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the Nursing Process.
• Prepare patients and significant others for discharge and health maintenance.
• Direct supervision of LPN and Nursing Assistant when applicable.
• Communicate patient needs to the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Maintain ongoing professional development and CEU requirements.
