Job summary

Qualifications

• Must maintain current license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process to provide direct and indirect patient care across assigned areas.
• Follow nursing department philosophies, policies and procedures to care plans.
• Utilize judgment and knowledge of patient and family needs when directing ancillary staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, patient confidentiality and age-appropriate care.
