Job summary

Qualifications

Position Overview

Join the Emergency Department team to provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following nursing standards.

Responsibilities include

• Promoting patient and family-centered care, education on illness management, and post-treatment needs.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care.
• Maintaining a safety-sensitive approach, working in a constant state of alertness.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, <2 years of experience.
• Emergency Department experience is preferred.
