Qualifications

• New Nurses Orientation within first 30 days.
• Precepted by trained staff during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol; monitor side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care given.
• Educate patients and families; identify issues and resources.
