Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited nursing program.

• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and provide care.
• Document care provided.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate updates.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Coordinate transfers, discharges, referrals as needed.
• Educate patients and families.
• Support quality improvement and continuing education.
• Provide flexible shifts as needed.
