Trios Health in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Women’s Health on a full-time night shift. The wage scale ranges from $42.14 to $78.11 per hour, reflecting a union position. The role provides direct patient care using nursing processes and supports the care team across disciplines.

Qualifications include a current RN license and a BSN/ADN, with BLS/NRP; ACLS and PALS within six months. One year of experience preferred, with willingness to train in L&D and Special Care

Responsibilities

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
• Documents patient care provided.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.

Position Summary

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Essential Functions

• Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
• Documents patient care provided.

• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• BLS and NRP required
• ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred
• Must be willing to work and train to L&D and Special Care nursery
• Experience required
