Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements and coordinates delivery of care with physicians and other staff.
• Documents nursing care plans, assessments and observations.
• Maintains HIPAA compliance at all times.
• Performs rounds to ensure continuity of care and provide patient education.
• Assumes charge nurse responsibilities when assigned.
