Endeavor Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department night shift at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week with 7pm–7am shifts and rotating weekends.

Candidates should have IL RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and a BSN preferred; one year of hospital nursing experience is preferred. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, apply the nursing process, ensure safety and quality, and mentor licensed staff as part of a

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider required.
• Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
