Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital in the St. Louis area is looking for a Registered Nurse to join its ER team. The role involves rapid assessment, collaboration with physicians and staff, and supporting patients and families during urgent medical situations.

Formación

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree in nursing.
• Licenses & Certifications: RN licensure.
• Experience: No experience required.
• Supervisor Experience: No experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes patient and family centered care in a healing environment.
• Educates patients and families on illness/injury management and post treatment home care.
• Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Participates in professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans with goals in coordination with the interprofessional team.
• Communicates care plans across the continuum of care.
• Uses nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, emotional needs.
