Qualifications

• One year of licensed RN experience in the Emergency Department is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Plan and educate with patients and families, coordinating care across transitions.
• Implement care by directing the interdisciplinary team and managing resources.
• Evaluate patient responses, adjust the plan as needed, and ensure documentation is complete.
• Promote professionalism, comply with standards, and integrate ethical practice.
