Qualifications

• BSN degree or current enrollment in a nursing program.
• DC RN license or eligibility to practice in DC.
• At least 1 year of ED or critical care experience preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required.
• TNCC certification within 1 year of hire.
• Ability to perform under pressure with excellent judgment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Conduct assessments, plan treatments, and implement care across conditions.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and monitor responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
