Job summary

Required RN licensure in the state; BLS certification; Diploma in Nursing with preferred associates or bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA
• Preferred: certification in clinical specialty area

Responsibilities

• Uses the Nursing Process in delivering patient care.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies for diverse patients and families.
• Communicate, delegate and manage nursing team resources on the Interdisciplinary Team.
• Use data to evaluate and promote changes for optimal outcomes.
• Support patient satisfaction and staff morale; uphold nursing standards.
