Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• PALS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements appropriate teaching strategies.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources.
• Utilizes data to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Enhances customer satisfaction and employee morale.
• Performs other related duties as required.
