Job summary

Required: RN license in state of practice, BSN preferred, BLS, CPI/ACLS/PALS within stated timelines. Strong communication, organization and teamwork are essential in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CPI, ACLS and PALS certifications within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assess learning needs and teach diverse groups (patients, families, disciplines).
• Communicate, delegate and manage nursing team resources on the interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize data to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Promote customer satisfaction and staff morale while maintaining professional standards.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
