Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking an Emergency Room Clinical Nurse Leader (CNC) RN to ensure high-quality patient-centered care and coordination across the ER. The CNC directs nursing care, collaborates with management, and models our mission and values to improve outcomes and the patient experience.

You will lead admission/discharge processes, partner with experts to foster teamwork, and implement nursing strategies like hourly rounds and staff development initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and eligible to work in Georgia.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in nursing required.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates nursing care during the shift.
• Lead admission and discharge processes for efficient throughput.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes and patient experience.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and staff development activities.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment management.
