Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality care.
• Monitor and improve the quality of patient care in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with experts and managers to foster teamwork and better outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Implement nursing strategies, including hourly rounding and staff engagement.
• Provide guidance on interviewing, training, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management per patient needs.
• Support inventory control and equipment/supply management.
