Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• CPI certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• PALS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred - specialty nursing certification.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies.
• Communicate and manage nursing team resources on interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize data to evaluate and promote change for outcomes.
