Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• PALS within 90 days of hire.
• CP I certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Effectively uses the nursing process in the delivery of patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse patients and groups.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources (hum an and fiscal) on the interdisciplinary team.
• Utilizes data and knowledge to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Embraces behaviors that enhance patient satisfaction and staff morale in nursing.
