Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license.
• Associates Degree required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year acute care experience.
• Current BLS Healthcare Provider and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient pain; reassess after interventions.
• Document care in medical records promptly and thoroughly.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Promote healthy lifestyle and self-management post-discharge.
