HCA Healthcare Summerville Hospital is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER setting. You will work with providers and the care team to assess and manage pain, educate patients and families, document thoroughly, and advocate for patients’ needs.

This role emphasizes collaboration and patient outcomes across our emergency services.

Qualifications

• Assesses patient pain regularly and promotes effective pain management.
• Documents care in patient medical records timely and thoroughly.
• Educates patients/families about conditions, treatment plans, meds, and follow-up measures.
• Advocates for patients/families and collaborates with the care team.
• Delivers holistic care using established nursing models and promotes outcomes.

Responsibilities
