• Establish priorities for patient care based on needs and resources.
• Identify patient/family learning needs and act to meet them.
• Demonstrate awareness of patient/family rights and cultural beliefs.
• Provide/coordinate care for patients/patient populations.
• Establish effective working relationships with healthcare team members.
• Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately.
• Evaluate effectiveness of care given by healthcare team members.
• Participate in nursing research activities as requested.
• Demonstrate proficiency in emergency responses such as resuscitation/codes.
