Job summary

HiredFirst seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-acuity Emergency Department in Ocala, FL. The role demands rapid assessments, triage, and emergency interventions with a focus on exceptional patient care.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of acute care experience and hold an active Florida RN license (or a valid multistate license). BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC/Instructor credentials are required within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED).
• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate license required.
• Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS within specified timelines.
• ENPC, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and TNCC within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and emergency interventions.
• Deliver patient-centered care across a wide range of conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Respond effectively to critical and trauma situations.
