Job summary

Candidates should have at least 1 year of acute care experience and hold an active Florida RN license (or a valid multistate license). BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC/Instructor credentials are required within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED).
• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate license required.
• Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS within specified timelines.
• ENPC, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and TNCC within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and emergency interventions.
• Deliver patient-centered care across a wide range of conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and emergency interventions
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across a wide range of conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Respond effectively to critical and trauma situations

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (Med/Surg, PCU, ICU, or ED required)
• Active Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license required
• Compact license holders must obtain Florida licensure within 60 days of relocation
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certifications within 90 days of hire
• ENPC, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, and TNCC (or TNCC Instructor) within 6 months of hire
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
