As a key member of the care team, you will assess pain, perform procedures, document care, educate patients and families, and respond promptly to requests while upholding our commitment to exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ Years of RN Experience Required
• ACLS within 6 months of employment start date
• BLS within 30 days of employment start date
• ENPC within 2 years of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 90 days of employment start date
• PALS within 6 months of employment start date
• TNCC within 1 year of employment start date
• RN Licensed / Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree in Nursing

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Assesses patient pain regularly and promotes effective pain management.
• Performs procedures and documents care in the patient record promptly.
• Responds promptly to patient requests and anticipates needs.
• Educates patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up.
• Prepares patients for self-management and discusses lifestyle changes.

Education

RN license

Associate Degree
