Job summary

TriStar Century Farms ER in Tennessee is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the ER, applying nursing models and collaborating with providers to support an exceptional patient experience. Responsibilities include pain assessment, timely documentation, and patient/family education to ensure understanding of conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.

This role requires 1+ ER year(s) experience, ACLS within 6 months, BLS within 30 days, CPI

Qualifications

• 1+ years of ER experience.
• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse and Associate Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in the ER.
• Assesses patient pain regularly and promotes effective pain management.
• Documents care accurately in the patient record and supports timely interventions.
• Teaches patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up steps.
