Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care with critical thinking and independent judgment.
• Direct and supervise nursing patient care team; collaborate with disciplines.
• Document care, patient condition and responses to treatment timely.
• Develop and update care plans; assess and evaluate outcomes.
