Intermountain Health's St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, MT is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department (ED). This 36-hour/week role offers day, mid, and night shifts in a high-volume Level I Trauma Center with a 26-bed ED and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within four (4) years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilidades

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develops individualized plan of care with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement: Directs care delivery and coordinates with the care team, managing time and resources.
• Evaluate: Reassesses outcomes and revises the care plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical practice, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
