Job summary

Ally Medical Management LLC's ER team seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care in the emergency department, triage patients, and coordinate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.

You will perform IV therapy, monitor patients, assist with exams and procedures, document vitals, and ensure accurate discharge instructions while maintaining patient privacy and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Two (2) years of RN and/or emergency room nursing experience.
• Current RN license within the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care by evaluating the medical complaint or current symptoms and reporting to physician.
• Assists physicians during exams, procedures, diagnostic testing and treatments.
• Per physicians’ orders performs IV initiation/infusion/therapy, blood draws, cardiac monitoring, and nebulized therapy.
• Recognizes and treats life-threatening conditions.
• Performs head-to-toe assessments across age groups and reassessments.
• Assists with procedures including laceration repair, sedation, intubation, chest tube insertion, and other urgent care tasks.
• Prepares and administers medications and records administration.
• Reviews discharge instructions and records vitals prior to discharge.
• Records all patient care information concisely and submits to medical records.
