Ally Medical ER is seeking a skilled RN to provide high-quality patient care in a busy emergency department. You will triage, assess, and treat a wide range of conditions in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include an accredited nursing program graduate, an active RN license, and CPR/BLS, with ACLS and PALS strongly preferred. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to enhance patient outcomes in line with Ally Medical's mission.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Two (2) years of RN and/or emergency room nursing experience.
• Current RN license within the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS Certification required.
• ACLS Certification required.
• PALS Certification required.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care by evaluating the medical complaint or current symptoms and report to physician.
• Assist physicians during exams, procedures, diagnostic testing and treatments.
• Perform IV initiation/infusion/therapy, blood draws, cardiac monitoring, pulse oximetry, oxygen, nebulized treatment, wound care and splinting.
• Recognize and treat life-threatening conditions.
• Conduct head-to-toe assessments across pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients.
• Assist with procedures such as laceration repair, procedures with moderate sedation, intubation, chest tube insertion, and other urgent interventions.
• Prepare and administer medications ordered by physicians and document administration.
• Review discharge instructions and record vitals prior to discharge.
• Document all patient care accurately in the medical record.
