Job summary

You will assess patients, implement care plans, and collaborate with physicians, techs, and case managers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One year of Emergency or Critical Care experience in an acute care facility.
• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA) certifications required.
• NIHSS required within first week (5 days) of hire.
• CEN encouraged.
• CPI certified within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ clinical presentation and provide timely ED nursing care.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments across physical, psychological and social needs.
• Coordinate care with physicians, case managers and ancillary staff.
