Mercyhealth is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to deliver rapid assessment, treatment, and compassionate care in a fast-paced ER serving northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. You will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans and ensure patient safety.

The role requires ADN with BSN preferred, RN licensure in the state, and CPR/BLS within 90 days. 3, 12-hour shifts with midshifts (9am–1pm) are offered.

Formación

• RN licensure in state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification required within 90 days of start.
• ADN required upon hire; BSN preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Provides rapid assessment, treatment and compassionate care in a fast-paced ER.
• Administers medications and treatments per nursing standards and policies.
• Documents care per standards of care.
• Performs assessments, planning and evaluation of care.
• Develops patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and team.
• Participates in performance improvement activities.
