Mercyhealth in Illinois is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide compassionate, holistic care in a clinical setting. You will administer medications, perform assessments, plan and evaluate care, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on the patient’s plan of care.

Required ADN with BSN preferred, minimum 2 years of RN experience, active RN license, CPR/BLS within 90 days; ACLS/PALS/PEARS/NRP as required by unit. Two 12-hour shifts, full-time, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required upon hire, BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience required.
• Licensed RN in state of practice; CPR/BLS within 90 days.

Responsabilités

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments following policies and standards.
• Performs assessments, planning, intervention and evaluation of care.
• Documents according to standards of care.
• Mentors and precepts new staff as needed.
• Participates in department performance improvement activities.
